Ellis plays at Full Back and has already scored 11 tries this season. Interestingly in the family try race with his dad Ben, it's all level at the moment with Ben also scoring 11 tries so far with Avon 1st team.
When it was suggested that he was following in his dad's footsteps who also won the Somerset schools cup many years ago, Ellis immediately replied "No, I'm better!"
